Points to check in restoration clauses

Restoration to original condition does not mean returning the room to a brand-new state. It helps to separate normal wear and tear, aging deterioration, and damage caused by fault or negligence.

For cleaning fees, air-conditioner cleaning, wallpaper or wall cloth, and key exchange fees, check the contract, estimate, photos, and the property manager's explanation together.
