FAQ
Does this tool decide what my contract means?
No. This tool organizes fees and conditions that could be read from selected page images. It does not judge legal validity or payment obligations.
Are files saved?
Chintai Checker does not save the file, page images, or original text after analysis. However, selected page images are sent for analysis so the tool can read them.
Can it read circles and check marks?
Sometimes, but PDF or image quality may make them unclear. For choice-style fields, please also check the circle or check mark in the original document.
Which pages should I select?
Pages with rent and fees, contract period, renewal, cancellation, special clauses, restoration, or initial cost estimates are usually easier to review.
If an item is not displayed, does that mean it is fine?
No. An item not appearing does not mean there is no point to check. Please review the full original document and ask the real estate company or property manager about unclear items.
