How to save a rental listing page as a PDF on iPhone Safari
On iPhone, it can be difficult to select and copy an entire rental listing page. In that case, you may be able to save the page as a PDF in Safari and use Chintai Checker to read the text from the PDF.

Steps on iPhone Safari
- Open the rental listing page in Safari (for SUUMO, also check the note below).
- Tap the Share button.
- Choose Markup or another option that lets you save the page as a PDF.
- Save the PDF to Files.
- Return to Chintai Checker and choose the PDF from “Read text from PDF”.
- Check the extracted text before running the self-check.
Cautions
Menu names may differ depending on your iOS or Safari version. Image-only PDFs or pages saved from some apps may not be readable. OCR is not included in this helper, so copy and paste the needed sections if the PDF cannot be read.
On SUUMO listing pages, open collapsed sections such as “show more” or “details” before saving the PDF so the text is easier to read.
Pages such as at home may not have collapsed detail sections, so they can be saved as they are.
Privacy note
The selected PDF is used only in your browser to read text. It is not saved to the server, and the PDF or extracted text is not sent to an external API. Review the extracted text before checking the listing.
