## Privacy and safety notes

- Chintai Checker does not fetch or scrape external listing URLs.
- Pre-contract listing check and move-out cost check process pasted text temporarily to display results. Raw pasted text is not included in share text, metadata, JSON-LD, or analytics events.
- Browser-side PDF text extraction for the pre-contract listing check runs in the browser and does not upload the PDF file to the server for storage.
- Rental Document Reader Beta is different: selected page images may be temporarily sent for analysis. Do not describe this beta feature as browser-only.
- Chintai Checker does not save uploaded document files, page images, original document text, or full raw analysis output after document analysis.
- Supabase may be used for login, account/session handling, and monthly usage quota counters.
- Analytics may include safe aggregate parameters such as locale, page path, selected page count, finding count, and error type. Analytics must not include raw document images, base64 data, raw text, names, addresses, phone numbers, bank account details, property names, company names, document numbers, or full special clause text.
- Users should remove or avoid sending unnecessary personal information when possible.
